Who will I receive my property and casualty coverage from?
Properties with March renewal dates will continue to receive their property and casualty insurance through UMI, which is the same familiar coverage your ministry was protected through previously.
What benefits does my new coverage offer?

Who will be the agent of record for my new property and casualty insurance?
For any policies issued by UMI effective as of March 2019, our trusted partner, AmVenture Insurance Agency, Inc. (AmVenture), will serve as the agent of record for your policy.
When will I receive my renewal documents?
You can expect to receive your renewal documents via mail in the coming weeks. Please maintain these items for your records.
When will I receive my invoice?
You can expect to receive your invoice for your property and casualty insurance in the coming weeks via mail. Payment instructions will be found on the invoice and payment plans are available.
Who should I contact if I have questions or concerns about my property and casualty insurance renewal?

After my renewal is in place, who should I contact if I have questions or concerns about my property and casualty insurance?
After your renewal is in place, for customer service, to make changes, for billing, or for claims, please call 888-989-0943.
What if I make the decision to opt out of receiving coverage with UMI? What do I need to do?
It is our hope that you continue to receive coverage within the UMI program. If you make the decision to opt out of receiving coverage through UMI, you must contact AmVenture at 866-203-0777 or firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after your policy effective date. You will be required to show proof of securing coverage elsewhere. If you opt out and fail to secure insurance elsewhere, your church will be left without coverage and potentially exposed to associated risks.
What can I expect for my UMI coverage in the future?
As we move forward, we will continue to explore different options for your insurance with the goal of providing the best coverage possible. We are committed to listening to your feedback and strive to make enhancements to our program to help improve customer satisfaction. Should better solutions become available, we will present that information to you as soon as we are able.
